PRISTA® KM-5
PRISTA® KM-5 mould release oil is formulated from selected highly refined paraffinic-naphthenic base oils blended with an additive package, imparting very good lubricating, adhesion and mould release properties to the oil as well as ensuring dependable corrosion protection of formworks and easy separation during removal of shutters (deshuttering).
BENEFITS:PRISTA® KM-5 oil is developed for the lubrication (coating) of wooden, metal and plastic formworks (shutters) in the production of concrete and steel-concrete products and components as they facilitate their removal from the formworks during deshuttering and preserve their form. The oil can be applied by brush or sprayer and the average oil consumption for non-absorbent surfaces is 10-15 ml/m2 and for absorbent surfaces is 15-30 ml/m2, respectively.
