Prista Oil’s lubricant plant in Ruse, Bulgaria covers area of 84677sq.m
150 reservoirs and 20 mixers are available for the production process. The total capacity is over 12500 m3
The production process is controlled through a microprocessor system and three operator stations, as well as through the functioning of computer network consisting of over 100 computers. 37 mass and 11 volume flow meters precisely guarantee the dosage of blending, and in the same time are assuring the control at all incoming and outgoing production points. 6 modern packing lines are used for filling the 0.5, 1, 3, 4, 5 and 20 liter packs.
5 blast machines are assuring the producing of all kind 0.5 till 5 liter packs.
If rationally allocated, the production capacity of the plant is 500 tons per day and 170 000 tons per year for 340 business days.
